And that’s because everyone has some form of trauma that can easily block you. You see, sometimes the things that make you feel stuck, don’t even register as “traumatic” to you.

Because trauma is not always about what happened to you, it’s the meaning you gave that experience. Healing and processing traumas and blocks is so powerful in unlocking your fullest potential. 

And then there's the money fear! The fear of leaving what you're doing now, the fear of making a change or wondering how you will make money doing something else. This is totally normal and you can absolutely heal these and move forward with alignment to more purpose driven work and abundance. 

I know this first hand

Because I've lived through it all, from healing my past to finding my purpose. Then I had to heal my money blocks as I built my business. And I've been blessed to help countless clients do the same. 

I was raised by my single mother who struggled with addiction and so much more that led to a childhood filled with adversity and trauma.

And while I moved through this the best I could with a lot of grit and determination, I then put myself through University and did so much of what I was "supposed to do" but something was missing!

I was working in Human Resources at a great company and I had the house, the husband, the car, the degree (you know the checklist) but deep down I knew I was meant to do something else. I just KNEW I hadn’t survived and healed all that pain to be in corporate. I knew I was meant to do more, and if you're reading this, I bet you do too.

I went on a journey to discover my own purpose. I nearly became a lawyer, but I had to learn to start trusting the inner call of my soul, not my fear, and my purpose was revealed, which was to help people heal and thrive.

I decided to obtain my Masters Degree in Psychology and through that process, I also became a certified transformational coach. I began my practice in 2013, leaving my corporate job, and went full time into my work. 

However, the Universe had a whole other set of lessons for me. While I was building my business, my health fell apart due to major burn out, my sister, mother, grandmother, and beloved dog all died within a short period of time and I had so many other challenges it’s hard to list them all out!  

To make a very long story short, I lost nearly everything in a 10 year period. My health, my money, most of my family passed, my best friend and even more, but I persevered because I was living in alignment with my deepest purpose, and I got through it. 

I know how to heal most things and move forward, if you’re willing.

Today, I have a successful business doing what I truly love, I live in Beverly Hills and work with the most phenomenal clients all around the world.
